The Opportunity
Spadeoak and OCL Regeneration, both part of the Holcim Group, specialise in providing high-quality services in construction, including surfacing, civils, and specialist materials recycling activities. We are looking for an experienced HSEQ Manager to be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across all company operations.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSEQ management systems to meet legal, company, and client requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance and identify potential risks.
- Provide advice and training to employees on HSEQ practices and procedures.
- Ensure the company meets its statutory obligations in all areas pertaining to health, safety, environment, and welfare at work.
- Work closely with project teams to develop risk assessments and method statements (RAMS).
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification in Occupational Health and Safety.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
