Manufacturing Optimisation Engineer Placement
About the Job:
This is a 13-month placement opportunity in our Body In White team at MINI Plant Oxford. As a Manufacturing Optimisation Engineer, you will play a key role in developing innovative improvements in performance, quality, and efficiency. You will be responsible for analysing production systems to identify faults and providing feasible solutions, managing the end-to-end process from fault identification to solution implementation.

You will support the integration of new models and engineering changes, utilising your skills developed in academic studies to conduct research, analysis, and benchmarking to investigate potential process improvements. Your key responsibilities will include:

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive annual salary of £23,650, 26 days' holiday per annum (pro rata to your contract), and an attractive pension scheme. Contracted working hours are 37 hours per week, with a half day on a Friday, allowing for a fulfilling work-life balance.
