About the Role

Orona UK is seeking a skilled Lift Service Engineer to join our Service team in Newquay and surrounding areas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our lifts and escalators, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out regular planned preventative maintenance and service visits to ensure our lifts and escalators are in optimal condition.
  • Respond to lift breakdown callouts to carry out minor repairs and get our customers back up and running quickly.
  • Build strong relationships with our clients by meeting agreed response times and providing regular updates to the Service Manager.
  • Solve issues across a portfolio of Orona and competitor lifting equipment, including carrying out basic LG1 examinations.
  • Work independently to resolve problems and contribute to the regional 24/7 Standby/Callout rota.
