Job Description

Orona is a leading provider of lift solutions, operating in 100 countries with 300,000 lifts worldwide. We are seeking a skilled Lift Service Engineer to join our Service team in Newquay and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular planned preventative maintenance and service visits to ensure optimal lift performance.
  • Attend lift breakdown callouts to carry out minor repairs and resolve issues promptly.
  • Meet agreed customer response times and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Provide regular updates to the Service Manager and participate in the regional 24/7 Standby/Callout rota.
  • Solve issues across a portfolio of Orona and competitor lifting equipment, including basic LG1 examinations.
  • Work independently and use problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.
