Housekeeping Office Coordinator
As a Housekeeping Office Coordinator at Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all keys held in the Housekeeping office and recording any keys issued. You will also prepare rotas, wages and attendance lists, receive reports from Housekeepers regarding rooms requiring urgent maintenance, and inform Engineering and keep records.
What you will do
- Ensure the safety of all keys held in the Housekeeping office and record any keys issued.
- Prepare rotas, wages and attendance lists.
- Receive reports from Housekeepers regarding rooms requiring urgent maintenance and inform Engineering.
- Responsible for ordering of flowers for VIPs and replacements required for Suites.
- Receive and co-ordinate all calls received by Housekeeping.
- Handle lost and found enquiries.
