Housekeeping Office Coordinator

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a skilled Housekeeping Office Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for coordinating daily housekeeping activities, including room assignments, scheduling, and shift briefings.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our hotel. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the housekeeping team, handling inquiries and requests, and maintain accurate records of room status, inventory, and cleaning supplies.

Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including room assignments, scheduling, and shift briefings.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for the housekeeping team, handling inquiries and requests.
  3. Maintain accurate records of room status, inventory, and cleaning supplies.
  4. Support the onboarding and training of new housekeeping colleagues.
  5. Handle administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and preparing reports for management.
Requirements

Previous experience in housekeeping office management within the luxury segment is essential. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills are required.
