About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, coordinating daily housekeeping activities, managing room assignments, and maintaining accurate records. As the primary point of contact for the housekeeping team, you will handle inquiries and requests with professionalism and poise.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including room assignments, scheduling, and shift briefings.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for the housekeeping team, handling inquiries and requests.
  3. Maintain accurate records of room status, inventory, and cleaning supplies, ensuring that all resources are efficiently allocated and replenished as needed.
  4. Support the onboarding and training of new housekeeping colleagues, ensuring they are well-informed of policies, procedures, and expectations.
  5. Handle administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and preparing reports for management.
