About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Administrator to join our prestigious Glasgow office. As a key member of our Employee Benefits team, you will provide support to our consultants and be the first point of contact for our valued client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our Employee Benefits consultants
  • Manage client relationships and communications
  • Assist with the development of client proposals and presentations
  • Contribute to the improvement of efficiency and service delivery to clients
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous corporate experience within an IFA office, Pensions Consultancy or In-house environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of Employee Benefits/ Group Risk/ Pension products
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Highly organized approach and IT skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and evidence of teamwork
