Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Group Risk Employee Benefits Administrator to join our team at IDEX Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and administering group risk employee benefits, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage new business applications, including following cases through to issue and payment
- Process claims and refer any issues or technical queries to the Client Relationship Managers (CRM)
- Request, check, and issue illustrations for scheme members
- Check and issue policy documents to scheme members
- Process group scheme renewals, including requesting and checking quotes and aiding the CRM in negotiating rates with providers
- Draft recommendation reports from templates
- Ensure that new and existing records, both computerized and manual, are kept up to date
- Set up clients on online benefits portals
- Manage and update online benefits portals with new joiners and member changes
- Run monthly reports from online benefits portals
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Group Risk Administrator within a financial services environment, either from an IFA or provider background
- Solid communication and articulation skills
- High level of competency in Excel
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail
