About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team at the National Trust. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our visitors have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Prepare and serve food and drinks to a high standard
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve excellent customer service and sales targets
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
