About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Team Member at the National Trust. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our visitors have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all visitors receive a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to prepare and serve food and drinks to the highest standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up and resetting the café and restaurant areas.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
