About the Role

We are seeking a Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team at Ripon, North Yorkshire. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our visitors have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and look after all visitors to the café, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to prepare and serve food and drinks, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines and protocols.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
