About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced physiotherapist to join our team in the Cardiff Community Resource Team. As a specialist physiotherapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to patients in community settings.

The successful candidate will have significant post-registration experience in the specialist area, with a strong understanding of the legal responsibilities of the profession. They will work closely with members of the MDT to achieve patient-centered goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver physiotherapy services to prevent hospital admission and facilitate discharge
  • Work alongside members of the MDT to achieve patient-centered goals
  • Participate in service development and quality initiatives
  • Provide clinical supervision and teaching to other disciplines

Requirements:

  • Recognized qualification degree/equivalent in physiotherapy
  • H.Registered
  • Membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP)

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is £37,898 - £45,637 per annum pro rata, depending on experience. The successful candidate will also receive a range of benefits, including opportunities for continuous professional development.
