Primary SEN Unit Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team of educational professionals in primary schools across Southampton.
About the RoleThis role involves providing support and guidance to children with special educational needs, working closely with teachers and other support staff to implement individualised learning plans.
Key Responsibilities- Provide one-to-one and group support for children with SEN, helping them access the curriculum and achieve their goals.
- Assist in implementing tailored learning and behaviour plans for pupils with a range of needs.
- Support pupils' emotional and social development, encouraging independence and confidence.
- Experience in SEN: Previous experience supporting children with SEN, particularly in autism and other complex needs.
- Strong Communication Skills: Confidence in working closely with staff, pupils, and parents to ensure cohesive support.
- Salary: £80-£100 per day, based on experience and responsibilities.
- Variety: Work across multiple SEN units in Southampton, gaining diverse experiences in primary school settings.
