Job Title: Legal Data and Customer Service Administrator

We are seeking a reliable and trustworthy Legal, Data and Customer Services Administrator to join our team in Chelmsford. The successful candidate will work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advice to members of the public on parking-related enquiries
  • Assist with filtering and responding to email enquiries regarding Data Protection
  • Process and respond to requests from individuals exercising their rights under data protection legislation
  • Assist with responses to data enquiries from the police, Clients, and other relevant authorities
  • Assist with collating cases to pursue through the legal process
  • Assist with correspondence on behalf of the Data Protection Team when required
  • Promote a culture of compliance, control, and transparency in handling personal data
  • Liaise with external legal and debt providers where required
  • Assist with management of existing team where required
  • Assist Customer Services with responses to complaints where required
Requirements
  • At least 3 year's general administrative experience, preferably with relevant industry experience or experience with Data Protection
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise, manage time and work well under pressure
  • Good written communication skills
  • Ability to make decisions based on evidence provided
  • Calm and helpful attitude
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Following company processes throughout each of the roles
  • Computer literate. Proficient in Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook
