Job Title: Private Client Legal Secretary

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Legal Secretary to join our successful Private Client Team based in Chelmsford. As a Private Client Legal Secretary, you will provide secretarial support to one or more solicitors. Ideally, you will possess recent Private Client experience, although secretaries from other areas of law will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial support to one or more solicitors
- Use digital dictation systems to produce correspondence related to private client matters
- Knowledge of IHT forms, Estate Accounts, and Grant of probate is desirable
- Set up and administration of trusts
- Dealing with High Net worth clients
- Preparation of correspondence and complex legal documents

Requirements:
- Experienced Private Client Legal Secretary
- Fast and accurate typing skills, including digital audio systems
- Strong IT Skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent communication skills, as you will be dealing with high net worth clients
