System Training and Enablement Manager

We are seeking an experienced Systems Trainer to join our team at DCS Technology. As a System Training and Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to ensure successful system adoption.

Your key responsibilities will include designing and delivering effective training programs, collaborating with subject matter experts to develop accurate and up-to-date training content, conducting needs assessments to identify training gaps, and providing ongoing support to team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a system transformation context.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools.
