Gymbox, part of Urban Gym Group, is looking for a dynamic Learning and Development Leader to drive employee growth and development.

This role is critical in shaping the company's people strategy and culture as it grows within the fitness industry. The Learning and Development Leader will lead a small team of HR professionals, ensuring operational excellence across all HR functions while fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Implement and manage HR policies and procedures to ensure they align with legal requirements and company goals.
  • Collaborate closely with department heads to address HR needs and improve team performance.
  • Design and deliver L&D programs to enhance employee skills and career development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR management role, with a strong focus on Learning & Development.
  • Proven experience in the fitness or related service industries is preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing small teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
