Job Title: Aerospace Technician

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aerospace Technician to join our team at StandardAero. As a key member of our Component Services Business, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of aircraft components, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • **Maintenance and Repair:**
    • Carry out a variety of maintenance activities and modification programs in accordance with current authorized procedures and approved source documentation.
    • Ensure that all work is performed to the highest level of competence and in compliance with relevant ABM procedures.
  • **Team Collaboration:**
    • Contribute to team delivery of agreed targets and goals.
    • Attend and contribute to team meetings.
  • **Continuous Improvement:**
    • Support a climate of continuous improvement to assist productivity, quality, and create a leaner environment.
    • Participate in training and training of other team members to achieve maximum flexibility.
  • **Quality and Safety:**
    • Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with our Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety Management Systems (SMS), and Environmental Management Systems (EMS).
    • Comply with Tool Control Procedures in accordance with relevant ABM procedure.
  • **Additional Responsibilities:**
    • Mentor/train any apprentices as and when necessary.
    • Carry out final inspection duties as per JAP and ABM procedures.
    • Update MOD tracking systems (WRAM) as applicable.
    • Ensure that continuation training is up to date and that packs are read and signed for.
