About the Role:

We Are Workforce Ltd is seeking a skilled Transportation Operations Manager to lead our transportation team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and optimizing transportation schedules to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize transportation schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Assign vehicles to routes based on load requirements, location, and delivery timeframes
  • Liaise with drivers and customers to provide updates on delivery times and resolve any issues that arise

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in transport planning, logistics, or a similar field
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in transport planning software and Microsoft Office
