Packages and Benefits

This role comes with an annual salary of up to £38,800, which is competitive in the healthcare sector. Employees can also enjoy 25 days holiday per year, increasing to 30 with service, plus bank holidays. A Private Pension Scheme and Healthcare Scheme are also offered. Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, applicants should possess NMC or HCPC registration. Ideally, they should have 12 months of experience in a theatre setting, although this is not mandatory. The ability to lead a team and make influential decisions is also crucial. Support and contribution to the theatre department's operations are expected. Delivered care across various services in a fast-paced environment is a key responsibility.
