Carrington West is currently seeking a dedicated Environmental Health Specialist to join its Private Sector Housing Team.
Role OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for addressing incoming residential complaints related to issues such as damp, mould, overcrowding, and general housing conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Conducting property visits to carry out health and safety assessments.
- Applying relevant housing legislation to manage and resolve cases.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, dealing with private sector housing issues.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
