Housing Benefits Support Worker

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessing and processing housing benefit claims
  • Providing advice and support to claimants
  • Liaising with various stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely benefit distribution

Your keen attention to detail and empathetic approach will be vital in navigating the complexities of housing benefits, ensuring that each claimant receives the support they are entitled to. Proficiency in housing benefit regulations, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to manage caseloads efficiently are essential.
