About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Specialty Doctor to join our team at Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a Specialty Doctor, you will play a key role in providing specialist assessment and treatment to service users, working closely with Consultant Psychiatrists and other multidisciplinary team members.
Main Responsibilities
- Assess new patients and formulate treatment plans
- Conduct follow-up reviews and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Join professionals meetings and complex case and risk panels
- Participate in the development of the team and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

Person Specification
- 4 years at full-time postgraduate training or higher, or equivalent experience with at least 2 years in a specialty training programme in a relevant specialty
- Fully registered with the GMC with a licence to practise at the time of appointment
- Excellent knowledge in specialty
- Able to meet duties under MHA and MCA
- Participated in research or service evaluation
