**About the Role**

As a Physiotherapist Clinical Lead for Unscheduled Care, you will be responsible for delivering highly skilled physiotherapy services to patients in a hospital setting. You will act as a senior clinical decision-maker, leading complex care and discharge planning, and delivering rehabilitation to ensure patients are optimally rehabilitated and discharged effectively and efficiently. You will make onward referrals to other services as required and support the development of less experienced staff within the team.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Deliver high-quality physiotherapy services to patients in a hospital setting
* Lead complex care and discharge planning, ensuring patients are optimally rehabilitated and discharged effectively and efficiently

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to work within a team. You must also have HCPC registration and membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy is highly desirable. You will need to be passionate about empowering patients to achieve their goals and to remain as independent and active as possible. Participation in service improvement is expected and encouraged.
