Job Requirements:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join our team at Matrix Electrical Engineering. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and a proven track record of leading site teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of electrical systems and a strong ability to read technical drawings and specifications. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of electrical engineers and technicians.

The role will involve overseeing the installation of electrical systems in a variety of settings, including industrial warehouses, commercial office fit-outs, and street lighting projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards and in compliance with relevant regulations and codes of practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers and technicians
  • Oversee the installation of electrical systems in a variety of settings
  • Ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standards and in compliance with relevant regulations and codes of practice
  • Develop and implement project plans and schedules
  • Monitor and control project costs and resources

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in electrical engineering and site management
  • Strong background in electrical systems and technical drawings
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to motivate and direct a team of electrical engineers and technicians
  • Full and clean driving licence
