Electrical and Mechanical Production Specialist

As a key member of our team at Affinity Water, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical and mechanical systems.

Your primary focus will be on completing routine maintenance and repairs to plant and equipment, guaranteeing our sites, storage facilities, and pumping stations are running efficiently and reliably.

You will work closely with other stakeholders to identify and address any issues that may arise, and will have the opportunity to contribute to local infrastructure projects and improvements on site.

A company van will be provided to enable you to travel to and from sites as needed, and you will be expected to have a full UK driving license.

With a strong focus on sustainability and customer satisfaction, we are looking for an experienced and skilled technician who can help us deliver safe, clean drinking water to millions of customers every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs to electrical and mechanical systems
  • Work closely with other stakeholders to identify and address any issues that may arise
  • Contribute to local infrastructure projects and improvements on site
  • Travel to and from sites as needed using a company van
  • Hold a full UK driving license

Requirements:

  • Full electrical apprenticeship or relevant HNC qualification
  • Experience working with industrial electrical equipment in a similar process-driven environment
  • Full UK driving license
