CBSbutler Holdings Limited, a global leader in medical process sterilisation equipment distribution, is seeking an experienced electro-mechanical service specialist to cover customer sites in the South East/East of England.

This role offers stability, excellent training, and a structured development program. The ideal candidate will possess engineering expertise in servicing and repairing complex sterilisation equipment such as large porous load autoclaves and washer disinfectors.

The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Electrical wiring and mechanical servicing
  • Routing testing of equipment to relevant industry standards
  • Electrical/mechanical fault finding
  • Maintaining adequate stock levels of spare parts
  • Providing validation reports
  • Maintaining regular communication with the internal service department
  • Ensuring a high level of professionalism with customers at all times

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • An engineering background with experience in servicing and repairing electro-mechanical equipment
  • Field-based experience is preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to find root causes
  • An engineering qualification or extensive relevant experience

We offer a competitive salary ranging from £35,000 to £45,000 per annum, depending on your industry experience. Additional benefits include:

  • A company car (electric or hybrid)
  • Discretionary annual bonus scheme
  • Overtime paid for hours exceeding 45 per week, at x1.5 for Monday to Friday, £28 for Saturday, and £30 per hour for Sunday
  • A daily lunch allowance of £5, increasing to £10 if away from home for 10 hours or more
