Electrical and Mechanical Production Specialist

As an Electrical and Mechanical Production Specialist at Affinity Water, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our sites, storage facilities, and pumping stations. Your day will be filled with a mix of planned and reactive work, for which you will be provided with the necessary training and tools to excel in your role.
With a focus on maintaining and repairing electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation systems, you will work closely with other stakeholders to drive local infrastructure projects and improvements on site. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our water treatment and production processes.

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a full electrical apprenticeship or relevant HNC qualification, and have experience working with industrial electrical equipment in a similar process-driven environment. A full UK driving license is also required.
Key responsibilities:
- Complete electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation maintenance and repairs to plant and equipment
- Manage planned and reactive work, with a focus on ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our sites
- Work closely with other stakeholders to drive local infrastructure projects and improvements on site
- Develop and maintain knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation systems
- Contribute to the development of our team through excellent training and development programs
