HCRG Care Group is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Safeguarding and Children in Care Coordinator. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the safeguarding and looked after children teams, maintaining accurate records, coordinating meetings, and liaising with various agencies to ensure high standards of service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. They will also possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, managers, and external partners.

As a Safeguarding and Children in Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the safeguarding and looked after children teams. You will be responsible for ensuring that all relevant policies and procedures are implemented, and that high standards of service delivery are maintained at all times.
