About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Account Manager to join our team at Safesmart. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective communication with clients, both verbally and in writing
  • Manage client accounts, including setting up new accounts and administering existing ones
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services
  • Stay up-to-date with our services and products, advising clients on the best solutions for their needs
  • Respond to client enquiries in a timely and professional manner

Requirements
  • Excellent customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service
  • Working experience with Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Confidence on the telephone, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A keen interest in the health and safety software sector and a willingness to learn and develop your skills
