About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Account Manager to join our team at Safesmart, a leading provider of software as a service solutions for health and safety management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Administer and manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely processing of requests and inquiries.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing, to resolve issues and provide updates on their accounts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve our services and support offerings.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer service and account management, preferably in a software as a service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
