About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pensions Calculations Technician to join our team at WTW. As a key member of our Outsourcing Business, you will play a critical role in delivering technical solutions for pension calculation automation and letter configuration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze client requirements and provide input in planning technical solutions that prioritize accuracy, efficiency, and maintainability.
  • Develop and implement technical solutions for calculation automation and letter configuration for new clients and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and developers to ensure seamless implementation and communication.
  • Resolve technical issues and escalate complex problems to senior team members as needed.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of pension calculation systems and processes.
  • Build relationships with business areas to understand products, services, and key processes.
  • Share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
  • Work in accordance with ISO standards, TAS system, process, and quality requirements, as well as WTW Excellence guidelines.
