About the Role

We are seeking a talented Graduate Civil-Geotechnical Engineer to join our team at Skanska, a leading piling and foundation contractor in the UK. As a Graduate Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on a rotational programme, gaining experience in geotechnical engineering, civil engineering, and project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a team on-site, managing programmes and quality, logistics, and problem-solving for complex geotechnical projects.
  • Liaise with clients, principal contractors, consulting engineers, and sub-contractors to deliver projects.
  • Develop knowledge in pile and retaining wall design, ground engineering techniques, and tendering processes.
  • Work with our Technical Design team to develop technical skills and commercial acumen.
  • Commit to Skanska's environment and health and safety policies.

About You

  • Studying towards or having recently completed a Civil Engineering or Geotechnical degree.
  • Flexible with locations, as projects can be based nationwide.
  • Strong interest in innovation, sustainability, and making a positive impact.
  • Committed to personal development and achieving chartership.
