A great opportunity to work in our customer service contact centre, helping customers with queries and offering resolutions while delivering excellent customer service.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about customers, has excellent communications skills, attention to detail, a positive attitude and the ability to keep calm under pressure.

As a Customer Service Representative at Biffa, you will be part of a dedicated, passionate, fun and energetic team. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of customers, providing them with a high level of service and support.
