  • Barlborough (Office Based)
  • Permanent / Full time - Contracted hours per week
  • Shifts between the hours of - Monday to Friday 8am – 1pm Saturdays (Average 1 Saturday in 8)

As a Customer Service Representative at Biffa, you will be part of a passionate and energetic team, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person
  • Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets
