As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the daily management of the warm storage team, ensuring that all customer requests are met and contractual obligations are fulfilled.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage team operations, activities, and personnel at the relevant depot and customer location(s)
* Coordinate with customers to ensure smooth delivery of services
* Conduct daily safety meetings and ensure any issues are escalated
* Carry out fitter duties to ensure minimum service levels are achieved
* Update customer maintenance management systems as required

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a similar role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
