About the Role:

The Risk Management Supervisor is a key member of our team, responsible for overseeing the running of the sales floor and motivating the team of sales assistants to drive sales and excel in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor store sales figures and identify areas for improvement
  • Handle serious complaints and escalate to management as necessary
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by using effective selling skills and adapting to customer needs
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues, providing excellent service and support
  • Act as key holder for the store and ensure smooth opening and closing procedures
  • Assist with administrative duties, including recruitment and disciplinary hearings
  • Operate the till system and handle financial transactions, including returns and exchanges

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in a retail environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a high-performing team
  • Adaptability and flexibility to changing business needs
  • A positive attitude and enthusiasm for Pandora product and core values
  • A well-presented appearance and a passion for retail
