About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Risk Management Specialist to join our team at Lockton Companies. As a key member of our Corporate Account Management team, you will be responsible for managing and retaining a portfolio of large UK corporate clients across various industry sectors.

Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional client service, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring the effective management of client risk.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their risk management objectives and develop tailored service plans to meet their needs.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading relationships with existing clients to ensure excellent service and identify opportunities for growth
  • Developing and implementing client service plans to build commitment and develop relationships
  • Coordinating the use of other Lockton specialist teams as required
  • Assisting clients in the event of major claims and ensuring overall claims service is to the agreed Lockton standards
  • Maintaining renewal income to at least budgeted levels and in line with set and agreed personal objectives
  • Creating growth on the existing book with the generation and conversion of new business

We are looking for a highly driven and service-led insurance professional with great business acumen, demonstrating the ability to identify how they can add value from an insurance and risk perspective to large corporate clients.
