The HR Assistant will support the HR function in managing and executing day-to-day HR operations, covering recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
Main Duties
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
- Assist with preparing and distributing HR documents, including contracts and policies.
- Provide timely responses to routine HR inquiries and employee requests.
Payroll Administration
- Process payroll for new starters, leavers, family changes, and variations to terms and conditions.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues and discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution.
Recruitment and Employee Engagement
- Assist with posting job advertisements and managing recruitment channels.
Employee Relations and Performance Management
- Support the HR function in addressing employee concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Promote a positive work environment by assisting with employee engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with colleagues to organize company events and activities.
Salary: £25,000 - £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
