The HR Assistant will support the HR function in managing and executing day-to-day HR operations, covering recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.

Main Duties

  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
  • Assist with preparing and distributing HR documents, including contracts and policies.
  • Provide timely responses to routine HR inquiries and employee requests.

Payroll Administration

  • Process payroll for new starters, leavers, family changes, and variations to terms and conditions.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues and discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution.

Recruitment and Employee Engagement

  • Assist with posting job advertisements and managing recruitment channels.

Employee Relations and Performance Management

  • Support the HR function in addressing employee concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Promote a positive work environment by assisting with employee engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to organize company events and activities.

Salary: £25,000 - £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
