Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre-Move-In Process: Gather new tenant documentation, conduct pre-move-in references, and verify compliance certificates to ensure a smooth move-in experience.
  • Compliance and Certificates: Manage the drafting of new tenancy agreements, oversee compliance checks, and coordinate the arrangement of necessary certificates, such as Gas safety certificates.
  • Tenant Communication: Collect and verify identification and documentation from potential tenants to streamline the application process.
  • Contractual Paperwork: Ensure all contractual paperwork is signed by all parties prior to move-in, maintaining meticulous records.
  • Move-In and Move-Out Procedures: Coordinate check-in and check-out procedures with current tenants, facilitating smooth transitions between tenancies.
  • Deposit Management: Handle deposit placements and effectively manage any disputes, adhering to legal requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience in lettings coordination or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills, knowledge of tenancy agreements and rental policies, proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.
Package:
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm (5pm finish on Friday)
  • Salary: £22,000 OTE £24,000
  • Holidays: 22 Days holiday + bank holidays
  • Training: Funded ARLA Exams
