Job Title: Senior Tenancy Coordinator

Job Summary:
Crux Careers is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Tenancy Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our lettings department, you will be responsible for coordinating tenancy agreements, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively progress tenancy applications, ensuring timely completion and compliance with internal and legislative procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with landlords and tenants, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Lead by example, setting high standards for the tenancy coordination team and ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
  • Liaise with the New Business team to remarket properties as needed.
  • Prepare and oversee the signing of tenancy agreements, utilizing e-signature software.
  • Report weekly to the Director of Existing Business on tenancy coordination progress and performance.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record of achievement in a tenancy coordination role.
  • Motivation to work towards and exceed personal targets.
  • Ability to learn quickly, take responsibility, and strive for success.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a confident telephone manner.
  • Accuracy, numeracy, and computer literacy.
  • Ability to lead a team and provide guidance and support as needed.
