Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and lead high-quality play activities that promote learning and development among children.
  • Plan and organize engaging, educational, and inclusive play sessions.
  • Develop and implement play-based programs that cater to physical, social, and cognitive development of children.
  • Create a safe and stimulating play environment for children, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Monitor and assess the progress and well-being of children during play sessions, providing support and guidance as needed.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working with children in a primary education setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to lead and supervise a team of play workers.
  • Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities.
Compensation Package
  • An estimated salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
