Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. As the face of our brand, you will be the first point of contact for residents, delivering excellent service and selling our products to bring new customers to Virgin Media O2.
Key Responsibilities- Meet with prospective customers at their doorstep to connect them with our cutting-edge products and services
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers
- Meet sales targets and achieve agreed-upon goals
- Participate in in-depth training to develop quality conversations with customers
- A UK Manual driving licence with no more than 8 points
- Ability to work outdoors and think on your feet
- Positive, winning attitude and self-motivation to hit sales targets
- Resilience to deal with rejections and ability to handle objections
- A basic salary of £25,000 (pro-rata for part-time positions)
- Uncapped commission (pro-rata) with top advisors earning £50k - £70k per year
- Car allowance: pro-rata for part-time employees
- 25 days' annual leave, UK bank holidays, and birthday off
- Option to buy and sell 5 days' leave
- Excellent pension scheme, matching up to 10%

- Family Friendly policies, including neonatal leave, 14-week paternity leave, and carers leave
