Job Title: Educational Assistant for Challenging Learners
We are seeking an experienced Educational Assistant to support challenging learners in Oxford. As an Educational Assistant, you will work closely with learners who require additional support, providing tailored guidance and encouragement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support learners with SEN, SEMH, and ASD needs, adapting teaching strategies to meet their individual requirements.
- Foster positive relationships with learners, promoting a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor and evaluate learner progress, making recommendations for future support.
Requirements:
- Experience working with learners who have SEN and SEMH needs.
- Knowledge of English, Maths, and/or Science curriculum from KS1-GCSE.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of learners.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students achieve their full potential.
