Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute learning activities for children in accordance with the National Curriculum
  • Establish and maintain a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
  • Evaluate each child's progress and adapt the curriculum accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate records of each student's development.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and senior staff members.
  • Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development workshops.
  • Ensure that the health and safety of all students are maintained at all times.

Requirements:

  • QTS, EYTS, PGCE and strong academic record
  • Bachelor's degree in education, with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or equivalent
  • Knowledge of EYFS Curriculum and pedagogy
  • Experience working in a classroom setting.
  • Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other education professionals.
  • Passion and commitment to children's education
  • Strong customer service orientation, with excellent relationship-building skills.

Compensation: £42,000 - £62,000 per year, depending on experience.
