Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Estate and Asset Surveyor to conduct stock condition surveys on social housing properties in the Newark area.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough assessments of residential properties to identify defects and required repairs
  2. Utilize HHSRS guidelines to ensure comprehensive evaluations
  3. Meet or exceed targets of 30+ properties per week, ensuring timely completion of tasks
  4. Maintain accurate records and provide detailed reports on survey findings
Requirements:
  • Elmhurst accreditation is essential for this role
  • Previous experience in stock condition surveying and HHSRS evaluation is necessary
Working Arrangements:
  • This contract position offers a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • A tablet will be provided for fieldwork
