About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Team Leader, where you will play a vital role in supporting active and independent service users with mental health needs. You will be responsible for leading a team and providing person-centred care and support to enable people to live as independently as possible.

Job Description
The successful candidate will have a good understanding and experience in the field of mental health. You will be required to operate as a Team Leader across different streams of support, ensuring effective running of services with the support of other senior staff. You will also undertake direct support to service users, provide person-centred care and support, and engage with service users to build trusting therapeutic relationships.

Responsibilities
* Directly lead the team and be responsible for the line management of team members
* Operate as a Team Leader across different streams of support and ensure effective running of services with the support of other senior staff
* Undertake within your duties direct support to service users
* Provide person-centred care and support to enable people with mental health needs to live as independently as possible and be part of their community
* Engage with service users and build trusting therapeutic relationships
* Undertake assessments of new referrals and ensure robust review processes for those who use the services

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A good understanding and experience in the field of mental health
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including:
