We seek a seasoned 2nd Line Support Technician who can handle a diverse range of customer IT support cases within our service level agreements. This role involves assisting colleagues across various technologies, serving as the escalation point to resolve complex issues, and working collaboratively with colleagues to provide seamless customer support.

Requirements

  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of multiple technologies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Possession of relevant certifications or qualifications.

In return, we offer a competitive salary, £39,000 - £43,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for career growth and professional development.
