About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Sue Ryder. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for driving business growth, pushing sales, and achieving targets.

You will lead your team to deliver exceptional customer service, work closely with the local community to generate donated stock, and manage effective stock processes to ensure our shops are well merchandised.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive business growth and achieve sales targets through effective merchandising, stock management, and team leadership.
  2. Build strong relationships with the local community to generate donated stock and drive sales.
  3. Set high standards of merchandising and housekeeping to create an engaging shopping experience.
  4. Manage stock processes to ensure efficient stock receipt, storage, and display.
  5. Act as a brand ambassador for Sue Ryder, promoting our values and mission.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with commercial awareness, proven team leadership skills, and a positive can-do attitude. You should have a good understanding of financial and IT administration, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
